    Multinational Tech Company Appoints First Indigenous Female CEO

    With Nigeria's high demand for integrated technology and medical diagnostics equipment, Onyeche's ability to maintain Siemens position as a leading production industry is paramount.


    Siemens Nigeria, a unit of multinational technology firm Siemens, has appointed Mrs Tifase Onyeche as the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. The appointment makes her the company's first female and indigenous head.

    Onyeche takes over from former CEO, Michael Lakota. She will be tasked with deepening the German company's reach across Africa's largest economy.

    In a congratulatory message to Mrs Tifase Onyeche, the M.D of Ese-Tech Nig. Ltd, Engr. Femi Ayeni expressed joy concerning the news, saying her appointment comes as no surprise to those acquainted with her work. He also wished her the best in her endeavours, pointing out that such a position is tasking.
